Their products include state-of-the-art industrial bags with an impressive line of FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) bags, custom woven PP (polypropylene) bags, bulk container liners, bulk shipping container liners, and other products for easy business goods transfer.

• The Navabrind team proactively deep-dived into the clients’ manufacturing processes, analyzed their needs, and recommended Odoo ERP as the ideal solution for their present and future business needs.
• Odoo ERP met a key client requirement for automating and managing the large number of BOMs the client had.
• Odoo could also simplify production planning with procurement forecasting, and the several Odoo modules could be customized to the clients’ needs.
• Major features of Odoo 16, including forecasting in procurement, management of multiple BOMs, and streamlined workflows were implemented for the client.
• Interaction with the clients’ departments, namely, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and Production enabled Navabrind to collate data on Product
• Master, Customer Vendor Master, and Chart of Accounts Data for extensive customization of Odoo.
• Navabrind customized the manufacturing module to track production processes such as lamination, roll clubbing, and webbing.
• Additional requirements were incorporated early into the project, and towards the end, end-user training and demo sessions were delivered as part of the project.

• Manual processes were replaced with automation as the limitations in Tally were addressed by Odoo ERP.
• The client reduced the costs of license subscriptions and other customization pricing required in Tally.
• With Odoo, the client was better able to monitor and track internal material transfer between multiple stores and locations.
