An accomplished professional with experience working in India and China, Venkat has held senior leadership roles in several globally recognized organizations. Most recently, he served as the SCM Head at SFO Technologies, followed by the Procurement Director role at Lind Jensen. His prior experience includes heading supply chain operations at Noratel India and leading sourcing strategies for the ASP region at Vestas India and China. A long-standing tenure at Caterpillar Inc as Procurement Manager further highlights the depth of expertise in global procurement and supply chain management.

His key accomplishments include establishing and executing global sourcing strategies across Asia Pacific, including India, Indonesia, Thailand, and New Zealand. Venkat played a pivotal role in expanding Lind Jensen Machinery’s market presence in China by developing a mature, reliable supply base and setting up a facility in India within a year. He demonstrated innovation by implementing eAuction processes in sourcing operations and managing critical technology transfers for new product introductions. With a consistent focus on localization, resourcing, and value engineering, Venkat has driven year-over-year productivity and cost optimization.
