In addition, the client also produces electrical accessories, material handling equipment, ladders, trays, and shipping trolleys. With over 31 years of industry experience, the client has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products.

The client operated a Magento e-commerce platform for their front-end and an ERP from a little-known brand managed core business functions. Power BI enabled reporting and analysis.

Despite having a manufacturing unit, the clients’ processes were only partially automated. Their financial accounting system was outdated and lacked integration with other departments, leading to inefficiencies. Several key business processes remained manual and time-intensive.
