As part of their marketing strategy, the client conducts events, promotions, campaigns, and fairs while offering discount coupons, and engaging in various online marketing activities.

Operating through a decentralized model, they handled drop-ship orders and required inventory and cash flow management. Additionally, they sought faster systems and operations, along with a robust supply chain solution capable of managing reverse logistics.

After assessing the client’s needs, we recommended Odoo Enterprise on AWS. We integrated Odoo ERP with their e-commerce platform and inventory module and deployed the purchase, sales, inventory, PoS, and invoicing modules.
